Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is included in my registration? Your registration includes access to all conference sessions, meals during the conference, evening receptions, and access to the exhibit hall. Meals included are: breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, food and beverages at the Monday and Tuesday evening events. Lunch will be provided on Monday to attendees of the CEO Roundtable (registration required). Is there a group registration discount available? Yes, ISAE provides a group registration discount for attendees registering from the same organization. If you register more than one staff member, each additional attendee will receive a $50 discount on the individual rate. What is the dress code? Business casual attire is recommended throughout the conference. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as the convention center rooms are air-conditioned. Does ISAE publish the attendee list in advance? The attendee list will not be shared widely before the event. Applicable attendee information will be available in our conference app. By policy, ISAE is unable to share the email addresses of attendees. Will I earn CAE credit hours by attending ICON? Yes, a total of 10 CAE hours will be offered at ICON, including 1 ethics credit. An additional 2 CAE hours will be given to attendees of the CEO/Executive Director Roundtable. If you are a member of ISAE, these will be added to your member profile at the conclusion of the event. Can I bring a guest to the evening receptions? Yes, guest passes can be purchased for $40 per reception ($80 total for both receptions). To purchase a guest pass, contact [email protected]. Can I receive a refund if I can no longer attend? Refunds will be given according to the schedule listed on this webpage.
