Renewing Your MembershipWhen can I renew my membership? Membership renewals begin November 1 and last through the December 31 expiration date. After December 31, your membership status will be "graced" and you will have 60 days to renew before your membership will officially lapse, and you lose member benefits. I joined ISAE this year, do I need to renew? If you became a member prior to July 1, you will need to renew your membership. Those who joined on or after July 1 are pro-rate-plus members and have already paid dues through the end of the next year. These members do not need to renew. How can I pay? You may pay by check, credit card, and ACH. All major credit cards are accepted. Please reach out to our office for further information about ACH transfer. You may also send a check payable to ISAE to 3502 Woodview Trace, Suite 300, Indianapolis, IN 46268 Organization ProfilesWho can renew our organization's membership online? If multiple employees from your organization are members of ISAE, the organization's main contact will receive the renewal notifications and one combined invoice. What if I need to remove or add a member from my invoice? ISAE staff will make updates for you. Please email [email protected] or call us at 317-328-4569. If you are adding a member, ISAE staff will need the new member's first and last name and email address. Please note that member additions throughout the year may lead to pushing your organization to a higher membership tier. ISAE staff will notify you of any such changes prior to creating an invoice and making the additions. If removing members drops your organization to a lower membership tier, no refunds will be processed. You are welcome to add members to get your organization back to your paid tier at any time throughout the year. Your renewal invoice amount will reflect how many individuals are tied to your organization's profile when the invoices are automatically generated on October 31.
