Bio:

Crystal began working with associations and non-profits over 20 years ago and has a broad background in the association world, having worked on strategic planning, Board relations, operations, and educational programs for trade associations, membership associations, religious organizations, and foundations.

Prior to joining Christ Church Cathedral Crystal served as the Program Manager for the Abbreviated Injury Scale Trauma Coding program,  Operations Manager for the American Association for Public Opinion Research and the Chemical and Biological Microsystems Society, General Manager for the Society for Scholarly Publishing, and Executive Director for the Hosted Payload Alliance.

Crystal has held her PMP certification since 2009 and her CAE credential since 2017. She completed her Master’s in Education – Executive Development for Public Service with a minor in Adult and Community Education from Ball State University in December 2019. Crystal currently serves on the ISAE Professional Development Committee and the ISAE DEI Task Force. She has also served as a member of the ASAE Professional Development Section Council and as the Chair of the Association Forum’s COO Special Interest Group.

When she has spare time Crystal enjoys reading, quilting, and trying new recipes.
