Nichole Alspaugh Williams, Ed.S., LMHC, NCC
 

Bio:

Nichole Alspaugh Williams, Ed.S., LMHC, NCC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and faculty member at the IU Kelley School of Business where she has taught in the Compass student talent management program for almost 10 years. Before coming to Kelley, Nichole was the Director of Alumni Career Services at the IU Alumni Association. In her early career she worked in the world of marketing, sales, and corporate training in the dental, publishing, and environmental industries. A proud three-time alumna of IU, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business, and a Master of Science and an Education Specialist degree in mental health counseling; both from the IU School of Education. Currently, in addition to teaching Compass, Nichole enjoys teaching courses in positive psychology and serving as the faculty advisor for Balance at Kelley, Kelley’s student mental health group. Most recently, Nichole founded Cardinal Counseling and Consulting, LLC where she sees both career counseling clients as well as clients who want to live happier and more meaningful lives.
