ISAE18 Keynotes

Monday Keynote: Lead Without Speaking -  The Importance of Nonverbal Communication

Erick Rheam, Rheam Productions

You cannot achieve anything of significance without the help of others. Solid communication skills are paramount if you desire to gain buy-in from your colleagues, leadership, friends, and family; however, your words are only part of your communication repertoire. Studies show that 55% of  communication is nonverbal and two people will signal over 800 nonverbal cues over the course of a thirty-minute conversation.

Through this entertaining and informational keynote you will:

  • Gain an appreciation and full understanding of what drives human dynamics and how we display our emotions and intent through nonverbal cues.
  •  Learn three body language channels and how to apply them at work and in life.
  • Learn negotiation and facilitation techniques and how to leverage body language to your advantage in negotiation and customer interaction settings.

About Erick:

A graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York, Erick spent 5 years as a Military Police Officer, 9 years in the utility industry, and is currently a Vice President, Business Development, for a software company. A lifelong runner and writer, he speaks regularly across the country on topics related to human dynamics, specifically on how to rediscover purpose and live a life of significance. His vision is to help busy professional men and women rediscover their passion and calling, so they can redefine their purpose, and develop the courage to act now.

Tuesday Keynote: Embracing Change - How to Travel the World for Free

Michael Wigge, CMW

Courage and adaptability are required to bring your dreams to life, as well as being unconventional and the willingness to leave one’s comfort zone. As an expert in applied creativity—both a humorous and practical way—change speaker, Michael Wigge, shows that the pay off for acting on a vision can be enormous to embrace change in personal and professional life as he proved in How to Travel the World for Free.

About Michael:

His TV programs and books have been broadcast and published internationally.

Based on his incredible challenge experiences, Wigge began performing humorous motivational speaking engagements and    started CMW speaking coaching.
