CAE Recognition Luncheon: Membership & The 41 Drivers of Change 

What are the trends you need to know about to lead your association into the future? Join us as Karyn Nishimura Sneath guides us through an application of the 41 Drivers of Change research recently conducted by the ASAE Foundation. These drivers of change have been identified as the key trends that are particularly relevant to the work of associations, other industries, and even society as a whole. 

Come celebrate the achievement of Indiana's newest CAEs and recognize all those who hold this illustrious designation!

Karyn Nishimura Sneath

About Karyn

Karyn Nishimura (nee-shee-murr-ah) Sneath owns Npower, a leadership and organizational development consulting practice. Since 1987, Karyn has been a consultant, author, association senior-staff member, and higher education administrator.

Karyn has worked in higher education at the home of the Fighting Leathernecks (Western Illinois University) in the Office of Student Activities and at the home of the Shockers (Wichita State University, Kansas) in student involvement and leadership. She also served as the first female fraternity-life professional with the North-American Interfraternity Conference and then as a senior staff member with LEADERSHIP USA – a program of the National Association for Community Leadership.

 Karyn currently serves the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) as a member of the Professional Development Council and as the co-lead facilitator for the Future Leaders Conference since 2008. She has also served ASAE as a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and celebrates 30 years as a member of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors, an organization she has volunteered for since first joining.
