Overview

ISAE's Executive Exchange is an exclusive series for association CEOs, Executive Directors, and senior leaders. This is your opportunity to have critical conversations with your peers. Structured as a four-part experience (three virtual sessions and one in-person gathering), this program provides a high-level forum for connection and strategic insight.

Each session is guided by national association expert Lowell Aplebaum, EdD, FASAE, CAE, CPF, and centers on topics identified by the participants themselves. Together, the cohort will explore the issues most critical to the CEO community and association leaders.

You’ll hear trends and insights from Lowell and fellow executives, share your own experiences, and build relationships that extend beyond the cohort.

Facilitator

Lowell Aplebaum, EdD, FASAE, CAE, CPF is CEO of Vista Cova and one of the association community’s most respected facilitators. He works with organizations around the globe on strategic visioning, governance alignment, and board development. He’s a frequent ASAE speaker, co-editor of the Component Relations Handbook, and a long-time advocate for CEO development.
