Q: Where will the event take place?
A: The event will take place on Monday, September 19 from 12:45-4:00 pm ET at Conner Prairie13400 Allisonville Rd, Fishers, IN 46038

Q: What does ISAE consider as a "young professional?"
A: For purposes of this event, we are considering "young professionals" as 35 and under or in their first five years of working for an association or non-profit.

Q: What should I wear to the Young Professional Summit?
A: Business casual attire is encouraged.

Q: Who may attend this program?
A: Everyone. 
The Indiana Society of Association Executives (ISAE) aims to provide an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere at all events.

Q: Even if you are not a "young professional?"
A: Yes. While the content of this program is geared towards young professionals, anyone interested in exploring ways they may support young professionals in the association/nonprofit community are invited to attend.

Q: Will food be provided?
A: Snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the Summit. We recommend that you eat lunch prior to attending the Young Professional Summit.

Q: I have special needs/require special accommodations - who should I contact?
A: Reasonable accommodations will be made for attendees with special needs. Please include all necessary information in the registration form.

Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: To receive a full refund for an education program, the cancellation request must be received by ISAE staff at least three days in advance of the event. If the cancellation is received one to three days before the event then a partial refund will be issued. No refunds will be given for cancellations received the day of the event or after an event. Cancellations must be sent via email to [email protected]Substitutions are allowed.

Q: Will there be a virtual/hybrid option or alternative for this event?
A: Due to the nature of this program, the Young Professional Summit will only take place in-person.

Statement on COVID-19 Protocols:

ISAE will follow all recommended local, state and federal protocols in place at the time of this event to maintain maximum social responsibility. All protocols in place will be communicated to attendees in advance of the event and strictly enforced throughout the event.

Prior to arriving onsite, all attendees and speakers will be required to sign a liability waiver acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, or its variants, exists in any public space where people are present and agreeing not to hold the Indiana Society of Association Executives liable for any illness or injury.
